Shipping policy

All orders in the Continental United States are free! Products are typically shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) flat rate. There is no guaranteed day of delivery, but it typically takes 3-7 days. Transit times vary depending on the method selected. Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from the day of order.

PLEASE NOTE that DIDAJ will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Delivery time is based on regular business days (Mon-Fri). Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Holidays and extreme weather conditions can delay shipping/delivery times by a day or two.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, via DHL or UPS. Shipping charges vary depending on your location.  Your final shipping charge will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs once we receive your order.
