We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.  If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to DIDAJ, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.


Sales Tax 

DIDAJ does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of Illinois, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.


US Shipping

All orders in the Continental United States are free!

Shipping is typically shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) flat rate.  There is no guaranteed day of delivery, but it typically takes 3-7 days.

Transit times vary depending on method selected.  Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of order.

PLEASE NOTE that DIDAJ is not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Delivery time is based on regular business days (Mon-Fri). Most in stock orders ship within 1 business day. Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Holidays and extreme weather conditions can delay shipping/delivery times by a day or two.


International Shipping

We do ship internationally.  International shipment are treated on a case by case basis and will be arranged via email.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
All shipping addresses should be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a re-direct fee to correct the address. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid misdelivered packages.


Back Order Policy

If an item(s) is not in stock at the time your order is placed, a backorder is created and you will be notified via email.

If your order contains (1) one or more items that are out of stock we may at our discretion split the order into multiple shipments, unless otherwise instructed. The items that are in stock at the time of the initial order will ship via the shipping method originally selected.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on item(s) that are in unused condition and in the original packaging. Not valid on clearance items or customized pieces.

Please ship your return/exchange in a padded envelope or box. We recommend shipping back in a method that can be tracked and/or insured. We are unable to provide an exchange or issue a refund on merchandise that we did not receive.
